Q. I’m having trouble purchasing tickets online. What do I do?

A. Give us a call at 620-694-5700 Ext 222, between 8 a.m – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You will reach the marketing department at The Hutchinson News and they will be happy to try and help you.

Q. My friend bought a ticket and I am not going to drink, so I purchased a non-sampling ticket. When can I have access to the event?

A. Since your friend bought a General Admission ticket and you purchased a non-sampling ticket, meaning that you will not be able to sample any of the beers, you can access the event at the same time as the GA ticket holder at 11a.m.

Q. I bought tickets and now I am unable to attend. Can I get a refund?

A. No. All ticket sales are final due to the nature of the event. Refunds will not be issued.

Q. Can I purchase a full sized beer?

A. Yes! Ticket holders can purchase a full-sized beer.

Q. Will there be non-alcoholic drinks available?

A. Yes! Non-alcoholic drinks and water will be available for purchase from our food trucks.

Q. Where are the restrooms?

A. Restrooms will be located inside Memorial Hall.

Q. What happens if it rains?

A. This is a rain or shine event. Hopefully, it will be shining. Taking the event inside Memorial Hall is the contingency plan for severe weather.

Q. Can I leave the event and then return?

A. No. Once you have left the event, you may not re-enter.

Q. Will any of the beer run out?

A. While we will do our absolute best to ensure that all of the beers will be available until the very end, the popularity of some beers along with supplies makes it impossible to guarantee a certain beer will be available. We highly encourage you to taste each beer segment early if this is a concern.

Q. Can I bring in my own food and drink?

A. No outside food or drinks are allowed through the gate. Food will be offered for purchase on-site from our food truck vendors.

Q. When do gates open?

A. Gates open at 11 a.m.

Q. Where is the gate/entrance?

A. There are only two entry points for Brewfest. You can enter at Walnut & Avenue A or at Walnut & Avenue B. Please refer to the event map on hutchbrewfest.com.

Q. Since the event is outdoors, can I bring my dog/pet?

A. At Brewfest, we love our pets, but for their safety and the safety of other festival goers, no pets will be allowed inside the event.

Q. How much are tickets for children and people under age 21?

A. Non-sampling tickets are $10 for anyone over the age of 5. Ages 5 and under are free.
